Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC)
Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) is a Central Government infrastructure initiative aimed at developing new industrial cities as “Smart Cities” and converging next generation technologies
With an aim to create futuristic industrial cities through High Speed — High Connectivity enabled by the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC), the Flagship programme of the Government of India, is being established, promoted, and facilitated through an SPV — Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Ltd. (DMICDC)
Phase | of the programme will see development of eight manufacturing cities including the Ahmedabad — Dholera Investment Region is connected to DFC.

Railway

MRTS is planned which will connect DSIR with Ahmedabad. Land already acquired.

Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) is connecting from DSIR

Dholera Logistic Park Railway Station proposed in DSIR

Highway

Currently, two lane State Highway being expanded to 4 lanes

A dedicated 6 lane access controlled expressway connecting Ahmedabad & Dholera is under implementation. It will be 250m wide in entire Dholera SIR.

Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor, which is connecting Dholera to Delhi and Mumbai. DMIC 10 lane expressway is already completed more then 70%.

Airport

Proposed Dholera International Airport will be located in close proximity to the Northern boundary of DSIR

Environment Clearance from MoEF and site clearance from MoCA have been obtained for developing an International Airport at Dholera

Bhavnagar Domestic Airport and Ahmedabad International Airport are 2 hours from DSIR

Dholera Airport will be completion till 2025

Dholera Airport will serve to 20 million population in next 20 years

Sea

World’s first CNG port is coming in Bhavnagar

The government has given its sanction to the Rs 1,900 crore brownfield project.

The project will be developed jointly by UK-headquartered Foresight Group, Mumbai-based Padmanabh Mafatlal Group and a Netherland-based consortium

The proposed CNG port terminal will have a capacity of 1.5 million metric tonnes per annum

Pipavav is the closest port to DSIR, which is approximately 200 km away

Pipavav has a range of cargo handling capabilities such as Container, Bulk, Capital Goods, Liquid, Gas, etc.

DSIR is also well connected to the major ports of Mundra and Kandla

Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor

Dedicated Freight Corridor
It is a high speed and high capacity railway corridor that is exclusively meant for the transportation of freight, or in other words, goods and commodities.

Dholera Port Ltd a 51:49 joint venture between the JK and Adani Groups is implementing the Dholera Port project in Gujarat.
